14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods — for multi-part orders, the last item; for services, the day the contract is concluded. Sale items are included. Business customers (B2B) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement before the deadline via [withdrawal button / web form – to be added] or by e-mail to info@flyboard-baltic.com (subject “Withdrawal”). You may use the model form below. We will confirm receipt by e-mail.
Returning the goods
Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to: KanEd OÜ, Kooli põik 1-6, 20105 Narva, Estonia [or return address – TBD]. The consumer pays the direct cost of return (approx. [price] € in Estonia, [price] € from other EU countries); if the item is defective or wrong, we pay. Please include all accessories and documentation and pack the item securely. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature and functioning — e.g. if a device has been registered, activated, connected to a vehicle or loaded with vehicle data.
Refund
We refund all payments, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method at no charge. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. Extra cost of a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard one is not refunded.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to or is lost for: digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (licences, credits, activation codes, tuning files) once supply has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgement; goods made to your specifications or personalised (e.g. programmed for a specific vehicle/VIN); sealed software unsealed after delivery; services fully performed with your express prior consent (if you withdraw during a service, you pay for the part already provided). Such products are marked on the product page and/or consent is requested at checkout.
Defective goods
Defects are handled as a complaint (2-year statutory liability), not as a withdrawal — see section 7 of the Terms of Sale.
