1. Seller
The Tuned Up online shop (https://tunedup.flyboard-baltic.com) is operated by KanDi OÜ, registry code 17374118, VAT no.: not yet VAT-registered (registration pending; KMKR nr: käibemaksukohustuslaseks registreerimise ootel), Kooli põik 1-6, 20104 Narva, Estonia, info@chiptuning-estonia.ee, phone +372 5586766.
These terms are governed by Estonian and EU law. Consumers keep any mandatory protection under the law of their country of residence. A consumer is a private person buying outside their trade or profession; a business customer buys within their business (B2B).
2. Products
We sell vehicle diagnostic and chip-tuning devices, software, licences, accessories and related services. Product data is based on manufacturer information; images are illustrative. Please check compatibility with your vehicle and ECU/TCU before ordering, or ask us at info@chiptuning-estonia.ee.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are in EUR and are final prices. KanDi OÜ is not VAT-registered at present (registration pending), so prices do not include VAT and no VAT is shown on invoices; we therefore cannot issue 0% intra-EU (reverse-charge) invoices yet — business customers who need an invoice in their company’s name should contact info@chiptuning-estonia.ee before ordering. Once we are VAT-registered, Estonian VAT 24% will apply, EU business buyers with a valid VIES-verified VAT number will be able to obtain a 0% intra-EU invoice by contacting us before ordering, and distance sales to consumers in other EU countries above the EU threshold (EUR 10,000 per year) will be charged destination-country VAT via the One-Stop Shop (OSS); any change will be announced on these pages and the price incl. VAT is always shown in the cart before you confirm the order. Shipping is shown in the cart before you confirm the order. Deliveries outside the EU may incur customs duties and import taxes payable by the buyer. Obvious pricing errors will be communicated and you may cancel with a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
The contract is concluded when the order has been paid and we confirm receipt of payment. Payment methods: bank transfer (prepayment – payment details are shown after checkout and sent with the order confirmation; for bank transfer the contract is concluded when the payment is received); card payment (Visa, Mastercard) and bank links via a licensed payment service provider shown at checkout; invoice for business customers by agreement. Card and bank data are processed by the payment provider; we do not store them. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you and offer a later delivery, a replacement or a full refund within 14 days.
5. Delivery
See the Delivery page. For consumers, risk passes on handover of the goods to the consumer.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — see the Returns page for the procedure, return costs and exceptions. Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Non-conformity (statutory guarantee)
We are liable for lack of conformity of goods sold to consumers that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery; within the first year it is presumed to have existed at delivery. Please notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect at info@chiptuning-estonia.ee (order number, description, photos). We reply within 15 days. Remedies: repair or replacement first, then price reduction or termination as provided by law. Damage caused by wear, incorrect installation or use, unsuitable power supply, physical damage, moisture, unauthorised repair or third-party software modification is not a defect. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the manufacturer’s warranty applies on the manufacturer’s terms; we do not give an additional commercial guarantee. Any commercial guarantee is additional to your statutory rights.
8. Software, licences and vehicle modifications
Licences, credits and accounts may be tied to a device, account or VIN and cannot be transferred after activation. ECU/TCU modification (chip tuning) may affect the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty, emissions, type approval, insurance and road legality. The buyer is responsible for lawful use and for registering modifications where required (in Estonia via Transpordiamet). Some products are for motorsport/off-road use only, as stated on the product page.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use, use with incompatible vehicles or software, or modifications not made by us. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence or any mandatory consumer rights. For business customers, liability is limited to the price of the product and excludes lost profit and indirect damage.
10. Business customers (B2B)
Inspect goods on receipt and report visible defects without delay. Manufacturer warranty terms apply. Disputes are settled by Viru County Court (Viru Maakohus), Estonia.

Consumers may also apply free of charge to the Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, avaldus@komisjon.ee, https://komisjon.ee, or seek help from the European Consumer Centre Estonia (https://consumer.ee), or go to court.
