We deliver within Estonia and to other EU countries. Delivery outside the EU (e.g. DHL, FedEx, EMS) is possible on request — please ask for a quote at info@chiptuning-estonia.ee before ordering.

Shipping prices are final (the seller is not VAT-registered; no VAT is added). The exact price for other EU countries depends on destination, weight and size and is shown in the cart before you confirm the order; shipping for large or heavy parcels may be agreed separately.
- In-stock items are handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment; you receive a tracking code by e-mail where available.
- Items ordered from suppliers show their lead time on the product page; we inform you of any delay.
- If no delivery time has been agreed, we deliver to consumers without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract; otherwise you may cancel and receive a full refund.
- Licences, credits, activation codes and files are delivered by e-mail or via your account within 1 business day after payment, at no shipping cost.
- Diagnostic and tuning services are scheduled individually; location: Narva, Kulgu 17; exact time and place are agreed when booking.
- Please check the parcel on receipt and record any visible damage with the carrier; this does not limit your statutory rights for defects found later.
- Uncollected parcels returned to us: re-shipping is at the buyer’s cost; if you cancel instead, actual return costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer.
